Artemis is a small women-owned salon on Station Street. Sanaz takes one client at a time, plans the colour around the hair actually in front of her, and tells you honestly what will hold.

Most colour that goes wrong went wrong before the bowl came out. So the first ten minutes matter most: what your hair has had done to it, how much time you really have at home, and what you want it to look like in six weeks — not just on the day.
If a photo is not going to work on your hair, you will hear that before we start. If it will take two visits to get there safely, you will hear that too. Then we build the plan around it.

From the first message to the way you dry it at home, here is exactly what happens.
Tell us the plan
Call, or send your inspiration photos through Instagram. Say what you have had done in the last year — box dye and old bleach change everything about what is possible.
Consult in the chair
Sanaz looks at your regrowth, porosity and previous colour, then gives you the honest version: one visit or two, how light we can safely go, what it costs.
The work
Colour placed by hand, bond protection through any lightening, then cut and finished dry so the shape is judged on how it really falls.
Keeping it
You leave knowing how to wash it, how to dry it and when to come back. No mystery products you will never use twice.
